The Vice–Chairperson is Rita Munley Gallagher, Ph.D, RN, Senior Policy Fellow American Nurses Association. The chairman of the USP Council of Experts, Safe Medication Use Expert Committee, Michael Murray, Pharm.D, MPH, is an ex officio, non–voting member of the Council. USP serves as the Secretariat.
