Institute for Safe Medication Practices Joins Council
September 16, 1998 At a recent meeting, the National Coordinating Council for Medication Error Reporting and Prevention unanimously accepted the Institute for Safe Medication Practices (ISMP) as a regular, full voting At-Large Member of the Council for a two-year period. With the addition of ISMP, the Council has 17 members.
